    Written scope & fixed quote

    Within two business days you receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date. Anything ambiguous gets asked about now, not discovered in week three. The quote lists what is included and, just as importantly, what is not.

    Build, with a demo every week

    One project manager owns your account and reports where you already work - Slack, email, Jira, ClickUp, Basecamp. You get a staging URL in the first week and a working demo every Friday, so nothing is a surprise at delivery.

    Launch & handover

    Deployment, testing across devices, and a handover pack: documented setup, environment notes, credentials, and a walkthrough recording. Your team can maintain the work without calling us.

  5. 05 / 05

    After launch

    Thirty days of bug fixes on delivered scope at no cost. After that, a maintenance retainer if you want one, or nothing at all if you do not.
