Page builders are quick to start and slow to live with. A custom theme loads faster and gives editors exactly the fields they need. For small sites on a tight timeline, a builder can be fine, and we'll say so.

A description of the outcome and whatever already exists: a design file, a spec, a screen recording or a site you like. Before the build starts we also need access to what we'll work on, such as hosting, the CMS and the repository, and one person on your side who can answer questions and approve work.

Yes. The price in the SOW is the price on the invoice. If you change the scope mid-project, we re-quote the difference in writing and you approve it before we build it. We carry the cost of our own estimation mistakes — that is what the scoping call is for.

Bugs in delivered scope are fixed free for 30 days after launch. After that you choose: a maintenance retainer from $750/month covers updates, fixes and small changes, with unused hours rolling over one month, or your own team takes over, since the code and documentation are yours. New features are quoted either way.

Why don't you guarantee a PageSpeed score of 100?

Because the score is a lab test, not your customers' experience, and chasing 100 often means removing things your business needs. We aim for passing Core Web Vitals on real devices, which is what Google uses.
